Technical seminar and exhibition
For years, the grinding of components has played a major role in the quality and functionality of the manufactured components, regardless of the industrial sector. Mainly used in hard and fine machining, grinding is one of the decisive processing methods for the later perfect functioning of your components. Increasing production pressure and decreasing cycle times are forcing production employees to process components faster and faster in ever shorter times, even when grinding. Often this conflict leads to problems in production. Grinding burn quickly occur on components that have been ground with high infeeds, which usually makes the component unusable. High scrap rates and costs are the result. The influencing factors of grinding are numerous and depend on each other in the most complex form. It is important to keep track of these factors in an economically efficient and technically effective way so that grinding remains competitive: This is our goal!
In order to train users comprehensively for the challenges of grinding, in particular the prevention of grinding fire, especially from the cooling lubricant point of view, we offer our "Grindaix Innovations Days" with a technical seminar and an exhibition. We will show you which factors you have to consider in order to ensure that your grinding process runs stable and without grinding burn.
Content
The seminar participants will gain basic knowledge of cooling lubricants, pumps, cooling lubricant valve technology, cooling lubricant filtration, cooling lubricant supply systems, disposal techniques, grinding burn test methods and the formation of grinding burns (grindability of materials) in order to better understand and solve cooling lubricant-related problems in production and their causes in everyday industrial work.

Seminar fee
390,- € for one day, 690,- € for two days (net, plus VAT), including seminar documents, lunch and refreshments during breaks. Please pay this fee only after receiving the invoice. Cancellation fees: 50% up to 30 days before the start of the seminar, afterwards 80% of the seminar fee.
