Quick-change nozzle systems are often used to reduce the set-up time for component and tool changes. We offer a wide range of
solutions, of which only a few are shown here as examples. Either the entire articulated metal tube, including the nozzle, is replaced,
or only the nozzle itself is replaced on the adapted Grindaix nozzle unit.

With our button-operated quick-change system, you can significantly increase the flexibility of the articulated tube system when
exchanging nozzles. This saves you effort, and thus reduces costly set-up times in your production.

The button-operated quick-change system acts as a mounting point on the machine side, offering a 1/2” or 3/8” connection and
allowing the exchange of the connected articulated tube and nozzle at the push of a button.

A one-time setup of your nozzles and the articulated metal tube is all that is needed – after that you no longer require any tools!
The position stability and leak-tightness of the articulated tube remains completely intact.

With the aid of three locking points, exact nozzle positioning is achieved in just a few seconds and without any readjustment. The
button-operated quick-change system locks automatically and thus prevents the articulated metal tube from detaching from the
connection.
