Requirements-based adaptation of lubricoolant consumers:
- Bed flushing optimised by the use of Grindaix nozzles
- Adaptation of the switching scenarios (bed flushing, cleaning nozzles)
Optimisation of grinding supply by needle nozzles with simultaneous reduction in lubricoolant consumption. Reduction in the loss of pressure between booster pump and grinding nozzle by adjusting the pipes.

Der Ablauf einer Maschinenumrüstung
1 Coolant Audit
Analyse der Maschine/n vor Ort (ca. 5h /Maschine) im Produktionsbetrieb. Analyse der Verrohrungen im Maschinenraum – Maschine nur 1 h – offline. Erfassung Ihrer Einspar- und Optimierungspotenziale.
2 Engineering / Zusammenstellung des Umrüstsatzes
Darstellung Ihrer aktuellen KSS-Situation inkl. Potenzialen (€/kWh/[l/min]). Technische Empfehlung der Umbaumaßnahme inkl. Stückliste.
3 Umbau
Einbau des Grindaix Umrüstsatzes in Ihre Werkzeugmaschine inkl. aller mechanischen/mechatronischen Arbeiten CE-Konformität, Dokumentationsänderung, Haftung.
4 Inbetriebnahme
Prüfung Ihrer Verbesserungen im Hinblick auf Produktivität (Taktzeit), Werkzeugstandzeit, Energieverbrauch, KSS-Einsparung (Nachweis).
