Der Ablauf einer Maschinenumrüstung
1 Coolant Audit
Analyse der Maschine/n vor Ort (ca. 5h /Maschine) im Produktionsbetrieb. Analyse der Verrohrungen im Maschinenraum – Maschine nur 1 h – offline. Erfassung Ihrer Einspar- und Optimierungspotenziale.
2 Engineering / Zusammenstellung des Umrüstsatzes
Darstellung Ihrer aktuellen KSS-Situation inkl. Potenzialen (€/kWh/[l/min]). Technische Empfehlung der Umbaumaßnahme inkl. Stückliste.
3 Umbau
Einbau des Grindaix Umrüstsatzes in Ihre Werkzeugmaschine inkl. aller mechanischen/mechatronischen Arbeiten CE-Konformität, Dokumentationsänderung, Haftung.
4 Inbetriebnahme
Prüfung Ihrer Verbesserungen im Hinblick auf Produktivität (Taktzeit), Werkzeugstandzeit, Energieverbrauch, KSS-Einsparung (Nachweis).
