Condition Guard - extensive data acquisition around the lubricoolant supply

Product Advantages
  • Recording and digitization of analog sensor signals for condition monitoring
  • Monitoring and documentation of process parameters
  • Analyzability of changes made in the lubricoolant system
  • Reproducibility of the coolant supply and coolant operating conditions
  • Possibility of analysis in case of grinding burn or other damage
  • Simple detection of unintentionally changed coolant system parameters

Our Condition Guard is your easy-to-implement helper for monitoring all relevant coolant fluid data in your machine tool! On seven analog and two digital signal value inputs, the Condition Guard records all coolant fluid data on its internal memory of up to 4GB. The recorded data can be read out via USB and then evaluated.

The ability to evaluate your coolant lubricant data brings you a number of advantages:

  • Seamless monitoring and documentation of relevant process parameters
  • Analysis of changes made in the KSS system
  • Reproducibility of the coolant supply and coolant operating conditions
  • Analysis possibility in case of grinding burn or other damage
  • Simple detection of unintentionally changed coolant system parameters

The Condition Guard can record and document measured values from the coolant system as required. You determine the most important measured variables and connect the corresponding sensors to the Condition Guard.

The following cooling lubricant measured variables can currently be recorded:

  • Pressure [bar]
  • Temperature [°C]
  • Volume flow [l/min]

The Condition Guard works autonomously and expressly does not influence existing cooling lubricant systems.
